Who I am

I'm a practitioner Enterprise Architect and hands-on technology leader with 25+ years delivering software, cloud platforms, modernization programs, and architecture across financial services, healthcare, aerospace, retail, manufacturing, and logistics.

My work crosses the boundaries that make enterprise change difficult: business strategy and implementation, AWS and Azure, cloud and legacy estates, central governance and local autonomy, platform teams and application teams. I translate those tensions into transition architectures, shared capabilities, delivery standards, and systems teams can operate.

The foundation is software engineering: Java, Python, distributed systems, APIs, event-driven workflows, data contracts, observability, and production support. That depth keeps my architecture connected to delivery realities rather than ending at a diagram.

More recently, I've brought that same discipline to applied AI: multi-tenant RAG, model benchmarking, AI evaluation, cost governance, and evidence-backed workflows. The Tenant Lens and Invoice Intelligence Platform case studies show the approach โ€” build it, measure it, document the tradeoffs, and keep the business decision visible.
