What helps me reply faster

  • The shape of the work. Enterprise architecture, platform strategy, modernization, software architecture, AI integration, or delivery leadership — even a one-liner helps.
  • Timeframe. "Now," "Q3," or "exploring" all work — but knowing changes how I respond.
  • Constraints I should know about. Compliance regime, target cloud, existing stack, in-flight initiatives.
